Oceans Deep is a piece I have had in my mind for months based on the mythical Kraken, after many prototypes and design changes I am finally happy with how it looks. The tentacles of the ring twist and turn around the beautiful Blue Topaz that shimmers and refracts the light like the ocean's surface. I made this piece in solid sterling silver so that I could give it a dark coating of oxidation, helping to accent the small details on the tentacles, and even letting you see one of the tentacles that flows under the stone.
