Golden Ivy Oval Green Onyx. This piece was designed as part of our Mystical Forest line of jewelry, featuring a nature motif inspired by plants and nature. The inspiration for this piece came from a beautifully serene place in our back yard, where the ivy grows naturally among the trees and reaches up into the sunlight. Sitting among the ivy and trees you can feel the rest of the rest of the world fade into the background. I designed this piece so anyone could carry that feeling around with them, by following the vines that twist around the ring and looking at the calming green agate, hopefully it will help your troubles and worries fade into the background and remind you that when you calm your mind you can accomplish anything.
Each piece of jewelry is created using a digital sculpting program to sculpt the vines, leaves, and branch texture of the mounting, then the piece of jewelry is brought to life through the age old method of lost wax casting. After casting each ring is hand finished, including texturing, polishing, and stone setting.
